Join Jaded Beauty Studio, a luxury appointment-only studio created for hairstylists and makeup artists who value a calm, high-end setting for their clients.
Our three-chair studio was thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, artistry, and sophistication. Clients love the peaceful, private atmosphere, and stylists love the elevated experience it provides. This is a space where you and your clients can slow down, connect, and create.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Newly remodeled, high-end space on South Broadway with ample parking
• Towels and backbar included
• Complimentary beverages for clients (wine, beer, sparkling water, coffee, tea)
• Online booking through Phorest with full admin support for calls and inquiries
• Secure entry system: all visits are by appointment only for added safety and privacy
• Luxury finishes and décor that reflect an elevated, boutique atmosphere

RATE STRUCTURE
• Priority Access Membership: $400 per week (introductory founding stylist rate; standard $425–$450 per week)
• Part-Time Access: $250–$300 per week (2–3 fixed weekdays)
• Day Rate: $130 per day
• Hourly Flex: $35 per hour weekdays | $40 per hour peak (2-hour minimum)
All rates include the amenities listed above.
The $400 per week “founding stylist” rate is a limited introductory offer for our first renters who join us in creating a curated, elevated studio community.

SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY
During peak wedding season (April through October), the studio occasionally hosts full-studio bridal rentals on Fridays and Saturdays. Stylists receive at least 30 days’ notice for any blackout dates and receive either a pro-rated rent credit or an alternate studio day within the same month.
