Hairstylist Associate Program


A structured mentorship program to provide you with education and experience to help you become more confident behind the chair.


What Will You Learn? Our goal is to help you grow your skills in relating to your clients, providing excellent technical service, and understanding how to track and grow your career in our industry - all in ways that are sustainable to a long term career behind the chair.


One on One Mentorship. Working one on one each week will allow your mentor to customize the program to your specific needs and desires and help you do the hair you love to do and build your dream clientele.


Go At Your Own Pace. Our program can take anywhere from 3-6 months depending on your needs and how much initiative you take. Completing each phase opens more services on your books.


Be Part of the Team. In addition to structured learning time, you will have the opportunity right from the beginning to perform approved services without a mentor. We want you to start building your books right away.
