In 2022 we opened our doors as an 8 unit salon and spa space in Overland Park. Since opening, we have been at full capacity until 2025 with one tenant leaving to retire and another whose business grew so much they moved to a new location. We pride ourself with a well run space with our focus on our tenants and their needs so they can focus on their clients.
Our studio offers:

-24/7 secure entry and video monitoring.
-FREE onsite laundry facilities.
-Website listing.
-Prices range from $225-365 per week. (Since opening in 2022, we have not had any rent increases for tenants and do not plan on having any since we own the building and our mortgage is set at a secured rate).


**What We're Looking For:**
When doing our market research for this space we really wanted to offer the best space and the lowest market price. Our goal has not been to nickel and dime our tenants (hence the low rent and no price increases). We want to find tenants who are looking for a long term fit that want to grow their businesses. Our space is best for tenants who have an established clientele. We are a small space and because of that we offer a quiet environment without the hustle and bustle of multiple suite owners and their clients coming in and out.
