We are passionate about empowering fellow stylists by passing on knowledge and wisdom that we ourselves have received over the course of our successful careers. Our leadership team provides advanced hands-on education to each Associate that comes on board with a lead stylist behind the chair serving guests. This paid training is essential in helping new stylist understand our culture, grow their knowledge along with building their confidence in their skills all while developing superior customer service skills.
