Acrylic Nail Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will utilize your expertise in nail techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Duties
• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
• Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and body waxing to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and desired outcomes.

Requirements
• Strong understanding of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist with sales transactions effectively.
• Experience in additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, barbering, or body waxing is a plus, but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
