Our salon is commission-based with a level system structure that allows our stylist to promote themselves at their own rate and growth. We allow our stylist to run their business how they wish while focusing on their craft.
Eliminating inventory counting, accounting/tax record keeping, and business/rental fees to allow our stylist to relax and be their creative selves.
We allow freedom to modify your own schedule, access to your book of business, access to mobile scheduling app, direct client communication and no non-compete contracts.
We provide all color, backbar, and retail products.


**What We're Looking For:**
We are looking for a stylist and/or esthetician
-Valid Kansas Cosmetology License/Esthetician License
-Minimum of 2 Years Salon Experience/New Graduate
-Hourly/Commission Pay
-Continuing Education Eager and Motivated
-Organized and Tidy
-Friendly and Inclusive
-Reliable and Punctual
-Positive and Drama-Free
