Position Overview:
As an Aesthetician at our clinic, you’ll work 1:1 with clients to perform treatments and guide them through customized home care. The ideal candidate is patient, warm, professional, and passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, clear skin.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform customized facials, acne treatments, chemical peels, & microneedling
• Complete thorough skin assessments and treatment notes
• Educate clients on home care routines and product usage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment room
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients over time
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
• Uphold a positive, supportive, and team oriented clinic environment

Qualifications:
• Arizona Aesthetician License
• Strong interest in acne
• Skincare ingredient knowledge
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate
• A willingness to learn, grow, and receive ongoing training
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially evenings
