In this position, you'll support the Salon Manager and play a key role in maintaining a positive atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing team support. When the Salon Manager is away, you'll step up to oversee operations and keep everything running smoothly.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, including managing appointments in Zenoti, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable salon experience
- Use the IGROW coaching system to encourage career growth and help your stylists reach their professional goals
- Ensure salon safety and cleanliness, following all State Board and OSHA requirements
- Support local marketing efforts and implement digital campaigns to drive client bookings and raise brand awareness

What You Need

- A valid Cosmetology license for the state you’re applying in
- Full-time availability and willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, and the skill to provide all salon services with precision
- Solid communication skills, basic math for handling inventory and cash, and a positive, supportive attitude; previous experience in a leadership role is an advantage
- Bring your own styling tools and be ready to deliver top-notch service every shift
