Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Stylist role located in Westminster, CO. The Assistant Stylist will support stylists in delivering high-quality hair care services to clients, including hair washing, product preparation, and maintaining clean and organized workstations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with client scheduling, managing tools and equipment, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive salon experience for all clients. Participation in training sessions and staying updated on current hair trends and techniques will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications
• Basic hair care skills such as hair washing, product application, and assistance with hair styling techniques
• Organizational skills, including workstation maintenance and supply management
• Customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on new hair trends and techniques through ongoing training
• Prior experience in a salon setting is a plus
• Cosmetology license or enrollment in a cosmetology program is preferred
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
