Barber/Cosmetologist

Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their preferences and facial features.
- Perform services in a professional and timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Mentor and train junior cosmetologists.


Requirements:


-Must have experience in Men's fades and haircuts
- Valid cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a cosmetologist or hairstylist.
- Proficient in various hair cutting, styling, coloring techniques, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
- Strong knowledge of retail math for upselling salon products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work day shifts and weekends as required.
- Experience working at the front desk of a salon is a plus.
