We are hiring for multiple positions, including:

Hair Stylist / Wig Install Specialist

Professional Hair Braider

Nail Care Technician

Manicures & Pedicures (regular & spa)

Lash Extension Technician

✨ Responsibilities

Hair / Wig Install Specialist

Perform wig installs: lace frontals, closures, full lace, and glueless units

Shampooing, conditioning, and setting hair (roller sets, wraps, blowouts)

Use hooded dryers and professional styling tools

Provide basic styling for all hair types (relaxed, natural, textured)

Hair Braider

Provide high-quality braiding services (knotless, box braids, twists, feed-ins, etc.)

Maintain clean sectioning, neat parts, and long-lasting results

Nail Care Technician

Perform manicures & pedicures (regular & spa)

Gel / Shellac application

Acrylic or dip powder enhancements (a plus)

Nail art, shaping, filing, and cuticle care

Professional Lash Technician

Classic, hybrid, and volume lash application

Lash fills, removals, and aftercare education

Maintain sanitation and proper technique

General Expectations

Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience to clients

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow state board sanitation and safety guidelines

Work with the team to keep the salon atmosphere positive and professional

Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills

Requirements

Valid state cosmetology or specialty license (as required for position)

Experience in at least one specialty area listed above

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable, professional, and friendly attitude

Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workstation

Pay

Commission: High commission opportunities

Stipend: Weekly guaranteed pay available for qualified stylists
