Your Role

As our Coordinating Esthetician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their experience with us.

You’ll help manage the flow of the spa, support our estheticians, and ensure every client interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism Facial Lounge is known for.

Responsibilities:
• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Assist clients with checkouts, membership sign-ups, and retail product recommendations
• Handle phone, text, and email communications promptly and courteously
• Support the team with operational needs, inventory checks, and special events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment
• Uphold and embody Facial Lounge’s Core Values in daily interactions
• Following a 90-day onboarding period, you’ll be eligible to advance into our esthetician cross-training program—empowering you to deliver exceptional, hands-on care to our valued clients

Experience:
• 1+ year in customer service, spa, hospitality, or retail setting
• Comfort with scheduling software and technology
• Esthetician License is mandatory

Details
• Location: Corona del Mar, CA (opportunities in Costa Mesa also available)
• Position: Full-Time and Part-Time
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Availability: Must be available for day and evening shifts, including weekends
