• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s preferences and features.
• Perform comprehensive nail care treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art.
• Conduct skin treatments such as body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and eyelash extensions to enhance natural beauty.
• Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable shades for hair coloring and nail polish choices that complement clients’ skin tones.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools and workstations after each client to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs, suggest suitable services or products, and upsell retail items effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty techniques and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
Skills
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals clearly.
• Expertise in cosmetology practices including hair styling, barbering, hair threading, and esthetic treatments.
• Proficiency in nail care procedures such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art design.
• Knowledge of color theory to create harmonious looks in hair coloring and nail polish selections.
• Experience with retail sales techniques to promote products like skincare lines or styling tools confidently.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser skin treatments.
• Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients at all times.
