Cosmetologist and Nail Technician/waxspecialist/estitician

Duties
• Provide a variety of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, makeup application, body waxing, hair threading, and nail care.
• Perform advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, and dermabrasion.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software like Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and providing product demos.
• Assist with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience while achieving sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license with demonstrated experience in the field.
• Proficiency in various beauty techniques including straight razor cutting, deep tissue massage, tattooing, and hospitality skills.
• Strong understanding of color theory and retail sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in med spa settings is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
