Duties
• Perform various cosmetology services including hair styling, hair extensions, hair color, makeup applicatio.
• Administer facial waxing.
• Provide specialized color theory applications.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling using salon software, and handling retail sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations.
• Engage with clients via social media platforms to promote services, specials, and events; manage online client engagement strategies.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate treatments or products.

Qualifications
• Valid Cosmetology license in accordance with state requirements.
• Proven experience in a full-service salon environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with salon management software
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment procedures, and care routines.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a professional beauty setting.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is advantageous.
• Skills in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and revenue streams.
• Ability to perform diverse beauty treatments including hair styling, nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application.
