The Role
Experienced Hair Stylist Wanted!
Purely Organic Salon for Hair Satellite Beach| Commission-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time
We’re a busy, positive, education-focused salon with a big opportunity on the horizon — and we’re looking for a talented experienced stylist to join our team. We’re looking for a skilled, client-focused professional who can confidently service clients and exceed their expectations. I have a full time stylist leaving with a pretty full book. Yoou must be experienced in highlighting. We welcome new clients every week — so there’s no shortage of opportunity here!
What We’re Looking For
An experienced stylist who:
• Can do precision cutting, foils, balayage, clipper cuts
• Is open to learning organic hair color and henna
• Has a strong eye for detail and technical skill
• Works well with others and enjoys a team-oriented, happy work environment
• Has an outgoing, friendly personality
• Can commit to at least 28 hours/week (preferred 32+)
Compensation & Perks
• Commission-Based Pay: 45–49% on service sales
• Retail Commission: 10–20%
• Education Support: 1% of your sales after 1 year of employment
• IRA eligibility after 2 years
• Disability Insurance through Aflac
• Full-Time 32+hrs = 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment
• Flexible part-time (20–25 hours) or full-time (32+ hours) available
• We’ve just switched to a tiered pay scale, so your growth and pay are directly tied to your performance and goals!
