Duties
• Perform professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services using advanced techniques aligned with current trends.
• Deliver expert skincare treatments including dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and body waxing to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring each look complements individual features and preferences.
• Conduct nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide eyelash extensions, eyebrow threading, and other specialized cosmetic procedures to elevate clients’ appearance.
• Manage client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products; upsell effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Maintain salon cleanliness by adhering to sanitation standards; operate salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Engage with guests through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license or certification recognized by local regulatory authorities.
• Proven experience in diverse beauty treatments including hairstyling, skin care, nail care, and advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers or laser treatments.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon software is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and deliver outstanding guest services.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Ability to perform various treatments including hair threading, straight razor shaves, body waxing, deep tissue massage, tattooing (if certified), and med spa procedures.
• Passion for continuous learning in areas like color theory, makeup application, barbering techniques, nail art, and new cosmetic innovations.
