Assist experienced stylists in providing high-quality hair services to clients.
Attend training sessions and actively participate in hands-on learning opportunities.
Learn and practice various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive and professional salon experience.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients and team members.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
Take initiative to improve skills and knowledge through self-directed learning.
Collaborate with team members to achieve salon goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with inventory management and product knowledge.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Exhibit a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job, promoting a fun and inclusive work environment.
Adhere to work schedule and maintain punctuality.
Embrace a growth mindset and actively seek feedback from experienced stylists to improve skills.
