If you have:
• A minimum of one year of behind-the-chair experience
• A Valid Barber or Cosmetology license
• A schedule that allows for flexible availability, including nights and weekends

If you can:
• Demonstrate reliably high-quality technical skills
• Do your part to maintain a fun, drama-free, ethical workplace for a diverse staff of talented artists and support staff
• Attend regular education classes to improve on current technical skillset
• Meet retail goals with our line of superior products through behind-the-chair education
• Make sure that every client walks away from your shop with the best possible haircut and experience
• Work with your team to ensure the shop is squeaky clean and aligns with brand standards
