Entry or Experience Nails Tech

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Entry or Experience Nails Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
• Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with attention to detail and sanitation standards
• Assist clients with selecting nail colors and designs, utilizing knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results
• Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, and esthetic laser treatments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, workstations, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
• Educate clients on nail care maintenance and aftercare to promote healthy nails
• Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license preferred; entry-level candidates with a passion for beauty are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of nail care techniques, color theory, sanitation practices, and current trends in nail art and beauty treatments
• Experience or training in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, laser treatments, or barbering is a plus but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment
• Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and sanitation standards

Pay: $25.19 - $30.34 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 per week
