Esthetic Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Esthetician to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in various beauty and wellness disciplines, including cosmetology, and aesthetic treatments. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment while ensuring students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers.
• In this role you will help ensure our students receive the best education possible and provide an environment that encourages students to reach their fullest potential
• To instruct students effectively and prepare them for successful completion of the program, passing their New York State Board Exams, and be gainful employment in their chosen field
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the school’s mission and educational objectives and strive always to attain them
• Maintain a thorough, accurate, and current knowledge of the subject matter taught
• Teach and follow the school’s published curriculum
• Provide students with fun, exciting demonstrations to teach practical skills
• Maintain accurate student attendance records
• Administer and grade written and practical tests
• Complete all required paperwork
