Esthetician - Esthetic Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Esthetician Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in esthetic treatments and esthetic education. They have a focus on training aspiring professionals in various skincare and beauty techniques. This role involves delivering comprehensive classroom instruction, demonstrating practical skills, and mentoring students to excel in their careers. The instructor will leverage their expertise in areas such as anatomy, facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, chemical peels, nail care, and other aesthetic treatments to provide a well-rounded educational experience.

Duties
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering topics including esthetic treatment, dermabrasion, facials, makeup application, and nail care.
• Conduct classroom instruction for adult learners with varied backgrounds and skill levels.
• Demonstrate proper techniques for aesthetic treatments and ensure students acquire hands-on skills in a safe environment.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and clean learning environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist students by lesson planning and practical exercises to enhance their learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in esthetician services with a state license and instructor certification/license.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to skincare.
• Prior experience teaching or training adults in a classroom or workshop setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to develop lesson plans that meet educational standards.
• Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic procedures preferred.
• Professional licensure required.
