Duties
• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Provide advanced services such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products based on client skin types and preferences; conduct product demos to educate clients on benefits.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to all sanitation protocols and ensuring a clean work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building our online community.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including appointment bookings, check-ins, and payment processing to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, nail care, tattooing, and med spa treatments to continually elevate service quality.

Skills
• Proven experience as an Esthetician with knowledge of cosmetology practices and esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong management skills for handling appointments, retail sales, and social media engagement effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options like Botox, dermal fillers, or hair styling techniques.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping.
• Deep understanding of sanitation standards to ensure safety for clients and staff at all times.
• Ability to perform specialized services including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and straight razor shaves.
• Experience with Med Spa procedures such as Botox injections or dermabrasion is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and hair styling techniques to achieve desired client results.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling products and services while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Competence in managing social media platforms for marketing purposes while fostering positive guest experiences. Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
