This is a Booth Rental position. We are seeking a talented and passionate Esthetician/Manicurist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare, nail care, and beauty services in a professional and welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize a diverse skill set, including cosmetology, esthetic treatments, and retail sales, to enhance client satisfaction and promote overall well-being. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to sanitation and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform European facial techniques, customized skincare, waxing, brow shaping, lash treatments.Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail care, polish application, and nail enhancements.*

Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities.Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations.Upsell products and services effectively to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually improve skills.Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.Proven experience in nail care, skin treatments and body waxing preferred.Knowledge of color theory, skin anatomy, and various esthetic laser treatments is advantageous.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while ensuring client comfort.Retail sales experience with upselling skills to promote products confidently.Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, barbering, or retail math are considered a plus.Excellent communication skills combined with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
