We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our nail salon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, waxing, manicures and pedicures with regular or gel polish. Must have great customer service and client care, with the ability to create a relaxing and professional environment. This role offers opportunities to perform services in a well-established and reputable nail salon. Must have knowledge and skills to manage client relationships and contribute to the overall guest experience in a salon setting. The Esthetician will play a key role in promoting our services through excellent customer service and effective product demos.

Duties
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, and eyelash extensions (if applicable
• Perform nail care services to meet client needs, mainly manicures and pedicures.
• Manage guest consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and retail products aligned with client goals.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene according to industry regulations.
• Operate salon management software, Vagaro.
• Utilize social media platforms for marketing services, engaging with clients, and promoting special offers or product demos.
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, client check-in/out, and answering guest inquiries.
• Stay current with industry trends.
• Support management in maintaining a welcoming environment that emphasizes guest services and hospitality.

Qualifications
• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols across all treatments performed.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
