Responsibilities
• Perform a range of aesthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and facial waxing only, while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage client appointments effectively using Aesthetic records, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up. Training on Aesthetic records will be provided.
• Engage with clients through social media by promoting services, sharing product demonstrations, and responding to inquiries to build lasting relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and confidently recommend retail items to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and tools in full compliance with health regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in esthetics and skincare innovations to provide expert advice to clients.
• Support team efforts in managing social media platforms to increase visibility and attract new clients through engaging content.

Experience
• We accept candidates with 0 years of experience.
• Proven experience as an esthetician or skincare specialist with a strong background in cosmetology or related fields.
• Prior experience with advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser therapy, Botox injections, or tattooing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred for seamless appointment scheduling.
• Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products and conducting product demos to enhance client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and product recommendations.
• Knowledge of social media management strategies for promoting services and engaging with clients online.
• A valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification is required; additional certifications in laser treatments or body waxing are a plus.
