Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our dynamic team part time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. This role involves performing a variety of esthetic procedures, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. Responsibilities
• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services
• Manage retail sales by recommending products and conducting product demos to clients
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments and work areas
• Handle front desk duties including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and answering inquiries
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and engage with clients
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
• Assist with management tasks as needed to ensure smooth salon operations

Experience
• Valid Esthetician license required
• Experience with tanning &/or spray tanning application a plus
• Proven skills in social media management and marketing are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to build lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within the esthetic industry
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Background in body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or related beauty services is advantageous
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services environments will be considered an asset

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
