OVERVIEW

Sano Med Spa is seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our growing luxury medical spa. We are building a team of professionals who are passionate about advanced skincare, client transformation, and delivering an elevated experience from start to finish.

This is more than a treatment room position — we are looking for someone who understands relationship-building, client retention, and the art of creating exceptional results. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical knowledge, thrives in a team environment, and is motivated by both performance and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform advanced facial treatments including customized medical-grade facials, HydroFacials, dermaplaning, microneedling, and body contouring services
• Educate clients on treatment plans and homecare protocols to maximize results
• Confidently recommend and retail professional skincare products
• Maintain impeccable treatment room standards and adhere to all medical spa safety regulations
• Utilize spa software for scheduling, charting, and inventory management
• Deliver a luxury-level client experience that encourages retention and referrals

QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Illinois Esthetics License
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a med spa or advanced skincare environment preferred
• Experience with body contouring technologies and medical-grade skincare lines
• Strong consultation and client conversion skills
• Professional presence with exceptional communication abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a growth-focused attitude
• We support military wives who might be relocating to the Scott Airforce Base area and looking for a part-or-fulltime job for the next 2-to-3 years.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
