Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology, advanced esthetic treatments, and excellent customer service skills. Duties
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services.
• Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to clients.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and other management tools for scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment scheduling, and managing social media management for marketing purposes.
• Upsell services and retail products effectively to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends such as color theory, nail care, barbering techniques, tattooing, and straight razor shaving to provide comprehensive beauty solutions.

Requirements
• Valid Cosmetology license with specialization in esthetics required.
• Experience with advanced treatments such as Med spa procedures, esthetic laser treatments, botulinum toxin injections, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers preferred.
• Strong management skills including social media management and retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
• Knowledge of salon software platforms like Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure client safety.
• Experience in hospitality or spa environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in makeup application, nail care, hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, deep tissue massage techniques, and tattooing is advantageous.
