Deliver exceptional blowouts and styles within appointment timesProvide outstanding guest service at every visitEducate guests on products, upgrades, and membershipsParticipate in training and continued skill developmentSupport teammates and the overall salon flowMaintain a clean, safe, and professional workspaceRequirements

Current Texas Cosmetology LicenseProfessional salon experience required; must be confident performing blowouts and styling on clientsWeekend availability requiredSunday availability is important. Flexible shift options include 10–3, 11–4, 12–5, or 1–6. Additional hours may be available for those who want longer Sunday shifts, especially part-time stylists.Passion for beauty, guest experience, and continued growthNice-to-haves
