Experienced Hairstylist

Altitude Salon is an independent Aveda salon in the Englewood/Lone Tree area looking for an experienced hairstylist to join our growing team. We’re a busy, high-end salon with a supportive, low-drama environment and strong Aveda culture.

What We Offer

· Commission-based pay (approximately 40%–47%), plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide cut, color, blonding, treatment, and styling services using Aveda products and protocols.

· Consult with guests and deliver a consistent, elevated experience from greeting to rebooking.

· Support salon operations (cleanliness, laundry, restocking) and participate in promotions and social media efforts.

· Work as a strong team player and help keep the salon running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

· 3–4+ years of recent salon experience behind the chair.

· Active Colorado Cosmetology or Hairstylist License.

· Strong cutting and color skills; experience with blonding and modern looks preferred.

· A positive, team-oriented attitude and interest in Aveda education and growth.
