Experienced Laser Technician/Esthetician

BYou Laser Medical Clinic is a growing medical aesthetic clinic with a friendly approach to beauty, offering an array of medical beauty services. We are looking for a service oriented enthusiastic, sales driven and professional Medical Aesthetician. Candidate must be willing to learn all services offered by our practice, educate the patients on these services and assist in growing our aesthetics business. We are extremely focused on delivering the highest level of care and you would share the same ideals and thrive in a service environment. Strong customer service skills is a must, be able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage various job duties simultaneously, maintain a high level of customer service and deliver quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Aesthetician who can perform various cosmetic treatments and advise on skin care regimens. The successful candidate will have experience in treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and working with lasers and body sculpting.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cosmetic procedures and services, while providing excellent customer service to our clients, including education of the services and products we offer. Cosmetic services will include:

• Performing aesthetic procedures with laser and skin treatments
• Educating patients on options for skincare treatment and developing individualized skincare and cavitation treatment plans
• Document all patient encounters according to practice guidelines
• Contact patients by phone and e-mail to follow-up after treatment, provide information on promotional specials/new treatments, etc.
• Provide caring guidance to all patients
• Ability to recognize patient needs and customize individual care
• Be a warm, inviting personality in the entire patient experience -- “hand hold” patients through their aesthetic decision process

QUALIFICATIONS
• Medical Aesthetician Certificate
• Skin Certificates
• Knowledge of skincare lines and products
• Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
• Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
• Strong team player
• Experience in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, aquapure, TCA peels and cavitation
• Experienced in dermatology and understand skin variations

Job Type: part time or full time - saturdays are a must
