In this role, you will support our stylists in delivering top-notch hair services while gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry. Responsibilities
• Assist stylists with various hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Help maintain a clean and organized salon environment by sanitizing tools and workstations.
• Support the application of hair extensions and other treatments as directed by stylists.
• Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their comfort during appointments.
• Manage salon software for appointment scheduling and client records as needed.
• Participate in ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in hair care techniques.
Requirements
• Previous experience or training in cosmetology is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in hair styling and beauty trends.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY is a plus.
