Hair Stylist Assistant

Compensation: Hourly while assisting, commission-based for personal clients

Ideal Candidate:
• Holds a current Arizona cosmetology license
• Motivated to start running their own business
• Has 6 months + of salon or assisting experience
• Gives great shampoos
• Confident with basic color applications, toning, and styling
• Thrives in a fast-paced salon
• Delivers EXCEPTIONAL customer service
• Takes initiative, is organized, efficient and enjoys a collaborative vibe

Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with color, styling, and extension prep
• Shampooing, prepping next client and station
• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy salon space
• Inventory and restocking
• Booking, guest care, and social media content creation
