Will Wyatt Concept is a luxury boutique salon located in the heart of Orlando (Metrowest/Windermere area), and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Stylist Assistant to join our elite team. Responsibilities
• Perform professional, high-quality shampoo and scalp treatments
• Deliver exceptional blowouts with attention to detail and technique
• Support stylists with salon prep, color mixing, foiling, cleaning, and organizing stations
• Deliver a luxury guest experience with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Show a strong willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications
• Florida Cosmetology License (required)
• Experience in a salon environment preferred
• Strong skills in hair washing and blow-drying
• Eagerness to build technical and customer service skills
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, proactive mindset

Compensation
• Starting at $13/hour

Schedule
• 8–10 hour shifts between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekdays and weekends required
