Role Responsibilities:







Deliver an exceptional, elevated client experience from the moment a guest enters the lounge






Communicate clearly with clients to ensure alignment on grooming preferences






Perform men’s grooming services — precision cuts, beard trims, styling, shaves, color services, waxing, and relaxing scalp/hand/arm massages






Maintain accurate client notes and utilize the POS system with care






Support retail, membership, and service recommendations through expert education






Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment









Role Requirements:





Valid State of Texas Cosmetology or Barber License






Strong client service and communication skills






Minimum one year of salon or barbershop experience






Expertise in men’s grooming, including modern haircuts and beard care






Professional appearance and demeanor






Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
