Firefly Beauty Collective is seeking a self-employed hairstylist or barber to join our salon, This is a rental or commission paid salon. We are community-driven salon in a prime location. This opportunity is ideal for an independent contractor looking to be your own BOSS in a supportive, established space. + lots of opportunity to gain new clients!

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; additional certifications in hair extensions or eyelash extensions are a plus.
• Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related beauty services.
• Knowledge of color theory, sanitation standards, and current industry trends.
• Familiarity with salon software such as SQUARE for scheduling and retail management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform retail math for upselling products confidently.
• Experience with store management or front desk operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
