The Role
Maple Valley Sport Clips Haircuts is Hiring Hair Stylists! Do What You Love. Love What You Do.
Team Kenny Rogers... not the Singer, wants to see if you're excited to join our Maple Valley team with an active Cosmetologist/Barber license? If so, we can have an interview set up with our manager or area manager.
We are offering full-time and part-time positions. We focus on Mens and Boys haircuts and have a big client following for instant clients in our locations. Our locations are some of the top earning locations due to our history of excellence, high client counts and team culture for high Tip and Commission earnings.
Team members can earn from $25 to $33 per hour. Pay earned is from Base Pay, Commission and Tips. Reach out for a detailed break down from one of our leaders.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. FULL TIME DISCRIPTION:
• Full time hours are 32 to 40 hours a week with weekend and mid to late shift availability.
• Full time we offer options for Health Care, dental and vision benefits options.
• Full Time Vested Team Members will earn paid vacations / holiday pay.
• We have a stylist bonus structure where you can earn permanent pay per hour based off performance.
• We have an additional commission structure where you can earn up to an additional earnings per pay period.
• Our locations are high tip earning and will keep you busy with great tip earning potential and male clients typically tip higher.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A valid cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule such as evening and weekends
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Industry passion.
