Duties
• Deliver exceptional hair styling, barbering, and grooming services including cuts, trims, blowouts, coloring, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operations efficiently.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Provide personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client loyalty and revenue through upselling.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling inquiries professionally.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, color theory, store management practices, and customer service excellence.

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques.
• Proficiency in advanced skills such as hair extensions, straight razor shaves, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a clean working environment at all times.
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to perform retail sales confidently by recommending products based on client needs using retail math principles.

Pay: $200.20 - $400.00 per day
