Your Role as a Blushington Artist

As a Blushington Artist, you’ll master “The Blushington Way” — our signature blend of artistry, expertise, and five-star service. You’ll be the heart of the client experience, ensuring every guest leaves glowing — inside and out.

What You’ll Do:
• Perfect the Craft: Master all Blushington Signature Looks, add-on services, and treatments while maintaining impeccable sanitation and state compliance.
• Deliver Five-Star Service: Provide exceptional client experiences, follow our signature Steps of Service, and recommend the “Just Right” products to elevate each look.
• Stay Inspired: Attend all mandatory trainings, staff meetings, and bi-monthly workshops to keep your artistry fresh and inspired.
• Shine Through Performance: Participate in weekly check-ins and quarterly performance reviews designed to help you thrive.
• Lead with Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless station and assist in keeping our beautiful lounges pristine.
• Promote with Passion: Engage in marketing initiatives, in-store contests, and social media campaigns (tag us @blushington!) to represent the brand with pride.
• Be a Team Player: Create a positive, encouraging, and collaborative vibe with your fellow artists.
