We are seeking a Hair Stylist who specializes in hair cutting and values quality, consultation, and a refined client experience.

This role is ideal for a stylist who enjoys working in a spa-like environment, building long-term client relationships, and delivering thoughtful, customized cuts.

What You’ll Do
• Perform professional women’s and men’s haircuts with strong consultation skills
• Deliver precision cuts, shaping, trims, and styling finishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene work environment
• Educate guests on at-home care and styling recommendations
• Collaborate with spa and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experience
• Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-up

Who You Are
• Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Colorado
• Confident and skilled in cutting (women’s, men’s, and basic styling)
• Polished, professional, and guest-focused
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Interested in a calmer, more elevated environment than traditional salons
