What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed stylists with a passion for color and hair extensions.
• A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Someone who’s excited about personal/professional growth, learning, and delivering luxury service.

Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their hair color preferences and provide expert recommendations.
• Perform hair coloring services using various techniques such as balayage, highlights and full color applications.
• Perform installation of extensions using Weft, I-Tip, K-Tip, Tape-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with salon standards.
• Hair styling, cuts and blowouts to enhance client experiences.
• Minimal assistance with front desk support, including scheduling appointments, managing client records and payment processing using salon software.
• Educate clients on proper hair care products and techniques for maintaining their color-treated hair and extensions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair color and techniques through ongoing sponsored education and training.

Requirements:
• Valid Texas Cosmetology license
• 2-3 years minimum experience with a strong knowledge of hair color techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Experience with hair extensions; training provided in the Xtension Envy methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Tuesday 10:00-6:00
• Wednesday 10:00-6:00
• Thursday 10:00-6:00
• Friday 10:00-6:00
• Saturday 10:00-4:00
• Salon hours are flexible based on stylist and client needs
