'Responsibilities'
'Provide high-quality hair styling, haircuts, formalhairstyle, coloring, balayage, pixie, services to clients.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
• Use salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments and manage client records.
• Foster a welcoming environment through excellent customer service.
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team training efforts.
• 'Qualifications'
• Valid cosmetology license issued by the state of Florida
• Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, balayage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
