• Perform professional hair coloring, cutting, styling, and finishing services tailored to client preferences
• Apply advanced techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
• Provide expert consultations on color theory, hair care routines, and product recommendations
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas in compliance with health regulations
• Manage retail sales effectively through upselling techniques and retail math skills to enhance client experience and salon revenue
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client flow
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering, makeup application, and nail care
• Stay current with industry trends to offer innovative services and maintain a competitive edge in the market

Skills
• Proficiency in hair coloring techniques including balayage, highlights, and creative color applications based on color theory principles
• Experience with hair extensions installation and removal; knowledge of eyelash extensions and nail care is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY; experience with store management is advantageous
• Skilled in hair styling for various occasions using professional tools like straight razors and curling irons
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to perform makeup applications suitable for different events or photo shoots
