Stylist Responsibilities

· Promoting and selling Dry Barre Membership and retail products to guests

· Performing Blow Dry, Facial Waxing, Treatments, and Make up Services

· Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs

· Participate in special events to promote the studio

· Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of stylist area

· Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards

Stylist Qualifications:

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS

· Licensed cosmetologist/full specialist

· Customer service oriented

· Ability to multitask

· Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful

· Strong verbal and written communications skills

· Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers

· Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver

· Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

· Booker Salon Software experience a plus
