Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional hairstyling and cosmetology services to clients, including haircuts, hair coloring, styling, chemical treatments, and other related services.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairstyling and cosmetology industries.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes, offering professional advice and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing excellent customer service and personalized experiences.
• Promote and sell salon products to clients to enhance their beauty routines and maintain their hairstyles at home.

Requirements:
• Valid cosmetology license in Texas.
• Proven experience as a hairstylist/cosmetologist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in various hairstyling and cosmetology techniques, including haircuts, coloring, highlighting, styling, and chemical treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen to clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, based on salon and client needs.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating stunning looks leave clients feeling confident and satisfied.
