Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site hairstylist position based in Monument, CO. The stylist will provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and specialized treatments. Responsibilities include conducting thorough client consultations, recommending customized services and products, and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience.

Stylists will also gain a thorough knowledge of Aveda products and color, maintain a clean and organized workstation, collaborate closely with the team, and stay current with industry trends, techniques, and ongoing education.

Qualifications
• Strong confidence in haircutting on all hair textures
• Proficient in hair coloring, blonding, highlighting, and balayage techniques
• Willingness to learn and grow in hair extension services
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Passion for continued education and improving technical skills
• Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a high standard of service
