FORWARD. Salon is a modern, education-focused salon in Houston built around teamwork, growth, and genuine support for one another. We believe a great salon experience starts behind the chair, which means creating an environment where stylists feel confident, supported, and excited to come to work every day.

What truly sets FORWARD. apart is our hybrid salon structure. We operate on commission while giving stylists many of the freedoms of running their own business. Stylists have access to the salon’s clientele while also building their own. Everyone manages their own bookings and schedules, giving you flexibility and ownership over your career and income.

We also believe balance creates better stylists and a healthier culture. Team members are not required to be in the salon when they are not booked, allowing flexibility while avoiding the burnout and negativity that can come from unnecessary downtime. We prioritize team connection through regular events, education opportunities, and even travel experiences together, creating relationships that go beyond the salon floor.

Pay: $21.45 - $60.00 per hour
