Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylists, Hair Stylist Assistants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair services, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while ensuring client satisfaction. You will also play a vital role in promoting salon products and services to enhance the overall client experience.

As a Hair Stylist Assistant, you will help as well as learn stylists' stunning hairstyle, and contribute to the overall client experience in our salon. Your expertise in hair care, and retail sales will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, Perm and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following all health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Utilize salon software to manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist clients with product selection and provide recommendations based on their hair type and needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or equivalent certification for hair stylists/assistants.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in men's haircut, digital perm or brow dry for very curly hair are a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the salon.
