Role Description

La VIEN Luxury Salon offers chair rental for independent hairstylists inside The Westshore Grand hotel in Tampa, FL. This is not an employment position. We are seeking a licensed, self-directed stylist who wants to operate their own business within a luxury salon setting while aligning with La VIEN’s high standards of professionalism and client experience.

Ideal renters are established or growing stylists who value a polished environment, consistent quality, and a clientele that appreciates premium service.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
• Experience with chemical treatments and advanced hair care practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay updated on current hair trends and industry practices
• Time management and organizational skills
• Valid cosmetology license and compliance with local health and safety regulations
• Experience working in a luxury or high-end salon is a plus
